  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, checks, and VISA/MASTERCARD.
  • We do have financial arrangements available.
  • Parents are responsible for all fees and services rendered in the treatment of their child.


As a courtesy, for patients with dental insurance, our office will prepare and submit your insurance claims. However, please realize that we have provided you with our professional services. Therefore, you are ultimately responsible for all fees, regardless of insurance coverage. If your insurance company has not paid your account in full within 45 days, the balance becomes your responsibility. We do not determine your treatment needs based on your insurance company. However, we will assist you receive the benefits to which you are entitled in every way possible.
